Pureed Banana with Rice and milk

This recipe is a good starter recipe which combines banana with normal baby rice. You can adjust the consistency with the milk and slowly thicken it up as your child gets used to thicker foods.

Bananas are a great source of Vitamin B6

A good source of

  • Potassium

Ingredients

  • 1 x Ripe Banana
  • 1-2 x Teaspoons of baby rice
  • 2 x Tablespoons milk formula or breast milk

You will need

  • 1 x Bowl
  • 1 x Fork

Method

1) Prepare the banana by peeling and cutting.

2) Mash the banana with your fork and mix with the baby rice. Add the milk until you get the right consistency.

3) Serve!

    Thanks for stopping by Kerrie. This blog is still in it’s early stages. I have lots of old recipes handed down from my nan to post on here and I’m always discovering more. they’re all tested on my oldest daughter who is 4 now (A bit too old for weaning food now!) and my son who is five months old.
