I adapted it slightly by forming the raw ingredients into fingers, then steaming in the microwave before finishing them in the frying pan. I did this because the first ones I tried just frying were getting a bit too hard on the outside by the time they were cooked through.Also, I froze the leftover fingers, but they thaw a little dry. I broke them up a bit and included with other casserole-type meals - that way they provided a bit of bulk and were covered in sauce.Thanks again!</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My daughter really liked this one.
