Mangoes have been one of the world’s favourite fruits for 1000s of years and it’s certainly one of mine. the perfume from a really ripe mango is just wonderful. Its flavour goes perfectly with chicken and paired with the thyme in this recipe gives it a little jamaican feel.

Creamy Fish Mash with Broccolli

Creamy Fish Mash is a suitable weaning version of fish pie which is both tasty and nutritious. It’s so good I can’t help but eat it myself!
I have used Salmon in the recipe but feel free to use Mackerel, Haddock, Cod or Pollock.

Creamed Spinach

Spinach is sometimes referred to as a ‘Super Food’ and for good reason as it is jam packed with nutrients. This recipe uses a small amount of garlic and unsalted butter to give the spinach a more rounded and sweeter flavour. A super food weaning recipe!

Three Root Mash
